It was born in the City of
Mexico City, in 1960.
He is Chemical Pharmacist Biologist, from
Faculty of Superior Studies of the Autonomous National University of Mexico in
1983.
It made a Masters in Sciences
in the Cellular Biology Department at Cinvestav, from 1985 to 1987.
It obtained the Doctorate in
Sciences in Molecular Biology at Cinvestav in l990.
It obtained a Postdoctoral
position in Washington University School Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri, USA,
from 1990 to 1995.
Teaching: Professor of Master
and Doctorate in science in several Universities, Schools, and Research Centers,
national and foreigner.
It has graduated 8 graduates
students, 20 Master in Sciences and 10 PhDs.
It has published 23
scientific articles in specialized international magazines, with more than 1500
citations to his works.
It has published 2 chapters
in books and several articles of divulgation.
It has given more than 100
conferences in national and international forums, like: Australia, France,
Spain, the United States of North America, Canada, Venezuela, Uruguay, Chile,
Malaysia, Hawaii, Argentina, Vietnam, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico and Colombia.
Ranked at Level II of the
National System of Investigators.
